Algiers-Two Algerian military policemen have been killed and four others wounded in an ambush by rebels, state radio said on Sunday.
The policemen came under rebel gunfire at a checkpoint near a hotel in the coastal province of Boumerdes, 50 km (31 miles) east of the capital Algiers, on Friday night, Reuters quoted the radio as saying.
