Riyadh, Asharq Al-Awsat- Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Riyadh region, chaired here on Tuesday evening a meeting of the Board of Directors of King Abdulaziz Foundation For Research and Archives.

The participants of the meeting reviewed a number of topics including names of winners of Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Prize for the History of the Arabian Peninsula.

Meanwhile, Dr Fahd bin Abdullah Al-Samari, the Foundation”s Secretary General said the Board of Directors had been briefed on the Royal approval for organizing a seminar on Riyadh City during 1427AH.

He said the Board also approved the necessary steps in enhancing cooperation between the Foundation and Alexandria Library.

The Board of Directors approved the budget of King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives for the fiscal year 1426-1427 AH.
