DUBAI, (Reuters) – South Korean conglomerate Samsung Corp has won a 1.3 billion dirham ($354 million) contract to build an exhibition centre in Dubai with a Turkish partner, the Dubai World Trade Centre said on Saturday.

Samsung and Turkey’s Baytur will build Dubai Exhibition World and maintain the facility for one year, Dubai World Trade Centre said in a statement.

Dubai World Trade Centre is the government-owned agency planning a project known as Dubai Exhibition City, which it says will be the largest such facility in the Middle East.
