Riyadh, Asharq Al-Awsat – Saudi Arabian Second Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, Prince Naif Bin Abdulaziz has confirmed that Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdulla Bin Abdulaziz has been able to “walk on his feet outside the hospital” following back surgery, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

Prince Naif Bin Abdulaziz said “we witness in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia a second Feast because of the King’s well-being.”

Prince Naif Bin Abdulaziz made these comments during a meeting with the Chief of Uzbekistan’s National Security Agency, General Rustam Inauatov, and his accompanying delegation, on Saturday evening in Saudi Arabia.

This comes after the Saudi Royal Court issued a statement on Wednesday confirming that the back surgery undergone by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques at the New York Presbyterian Hospital in the United States of America had been a success.
