Saudi King, Crown Prince Condemn London Terrorist Attack - ASHARQ AL-AWSAT English Archive

Jeddah- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud sent on Friday a cable to British Prime Minister Theresa May following the terrorist attack in London.

In his cable, the King said: “We have learned of the terrorist act that took place in London and the resulting injuries. We strongly condemn this despicable act of terrorism.”

He added: “We wish the injured speedy recovery and renew the firm position of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in rejecting terrorism in all its forms and manifestations and asserting importance of concerted international efforts to confront and eliminate terrorism.”

Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, also sent a cable to May, expressing “utmost condemnation and disapproval of such a despicable and criminal act.”

He wished the injured speedy recovery.
