Crown Prince meeting with the delegation (SPA)


Jeddah-Crown Prince Mohammed bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, received a U.S. Democrats and Republicans delegation. The delegation included Ambassador Dennis Ross, Ambassador Jim Jeffery, Ambassador Zalmay Khalilzadeh and other members.

During the meeting, the two parties discussed bilateral cooperation related to security affairs, especially counter-terrorism, in addition to reviewing bilateral relations, in all fields.

The reception was attended by Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the Minister of Interior, Minister of Foreign Affairs Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir, Deputy Director Gen. of the General Intelligence Lt. Gen. Abdullah bin Ali Al-Qarni and Special Secretary of the Crown Prince, Ahmed bin Saleh Al-Ajlan.

In addition, the Crown Prince sent a cable of condolences to Italian President Sergio Mattarella after the earthquake that hit Italy and caused the death of nearly 250 people.

The cable said: “I express my condolences to you, the families of the victims and the people of Italy, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.”
