Riyadh: The Supreme Court in Saudi Arabia has called on all Muslims across the country to sight the crescent of the month of Ramadan, Sunday evening, corresponding to Shaaban 29, 1437 AH.

The announcement was made in a statement issued by the Supreme Court on Saturday evening, calling on whoever sees the crescent of the month of Ramadan by naked eyes or through binoculars to report to the nearest court or register his testimony, or call the nearest center to help him reach the nearest court.

The Supreme Court also urged all Muslims to sight the crescent by joining regional committees specialized in this regard, and to help Muslims around the world in righteousness and piety
