Crown Prince Mohammed bin Nayef sitting with German Ambassador to Saudi Arabia on Monday


Riyadh- Crown Prince Mohammed bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior, received an official invitation from German Chancellor Angela Merkel to visit Germany.

The invitation was handed over to the Crown Prince by Ambassador of Germany to Saudi Arabia Boris Ruge, who was received by the Crown Prince in the Ministry of Interior.

During the meeting, they also discussed a number of issues of common interest to the two friendly countries.

Moreover, Prince Mohammed bin Nayef also reviewed with the Italian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Luca Ferrari issues of mutual interest and ways to strengthen relations between the two countries.

For his part, the Saudi Deputy Crown Prince, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, received a telephone call from Jordanian King Abdullah II on Monday.

During the call, the two sides discussed bilateral relations between the two countries in various fields and preparations for the Saudi-Jordanian Coordination Council.

On the other hand, the Council of Economic Affairs and Development held a meeting on Monday evening at Al-Yamamah Palace in Riyadh under the chairmanship of Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz.

The council discussed a number of economic and development issues and offered the necessary recommendations to solve them.
