Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques receives Governor of Tokyo (SPA) 14-06-1438 AH


Riyadh – Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received at his residence in the Japanese capital Tokyo Governor of Tokyo Yuriko Koike.

During the meeting, they exchanged views on ways to enhance cooperation between Riyadh and Tokyo in several areas.

King Salman also received at his residence the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan Hiroshige Sekō. During the meeting, they discussed areas of economic, trade and industrial cooperation between the two countries.

The Custodian held a meeting with the Japanese Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida, during which they reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries, and developments of regional and international events.

The audience was attended by Minister of State and Cabinet’s Member Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz al-Assaf, Minister of Economy and Planning Engineer Adel bin Mohammed Faqih, Minister of Labor and Social Development Ali bin Nasser al-Ghafis, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Nizar bin Obaid Madani, Assistant Special Secretary to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Tamim bin Abdulaziz al-Salem, Saudi Ambassador to Japan Ahmed Younis al-Barrak, and a number of Japanese officials.
