Riyadh – Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz received at al-Yamamah palace Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee, Secretary of the Central Political Legal Committee and Special Envoy of the Chinese President Meng Jianzhu, and the accompanying delegation currently on a visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

During the meeting, Meng conveyed to the King the greetings of President Xi Jinping of the Peoples Republic of China, while the King extended his greetings to the President.

During the meeting, they exchanged views on a number of issues of common interest, especially friendly relations between the two countries and ways of developing them in various fields.

The audience was attended by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior; Minister of State and Cabinet s Member Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban and Minister of State, Cabinet s Member and Acting Minister of Culture and Information, Essam bin Saad bin Said.

From the Chinese side, it was also attended by a number of officials and Chinese Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Li Huaxin.

In a separate meeting, King Salman received an invitation from Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of Armed Forces of United Arab Emirates.

The invitation was conveyed to the King by Ambassador of United Arab Emirates to the Kingdom Mohammed Saeed Al-Dhahiri.
