Part of King Salman’s reception for US Congress Delegation


Riyadh-The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received a message from King Mohammed VI of Morocco.

The message was conveyed to the king during his reception of Special Adviser to the Moroccan King Fouad Ali El Himma at Al-Yamamah Palace on Thursday.

The Special Adviser carried to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques the greetings of the Moroccan King; for his part, the King sent his greetings to the Moroccan King.

On the other hand, HRH King Salman bin Abdulaziz received at Al-Yamamah Palace on Thursday a delegation from the United States Congress, headed by Senator Lindsey Graham.

The delegation includes Republican Senator from Georgia State David Perdue; Republican Senator from North Carolina State Thom Tillis; Republican Representative from Florida State David Jolly; Republican Representative from Illinois State Adam Kinzinger; and Republican Representative from South Carolina State Tom Rice.

During the meeting, they reviewed the relations of friendship between the Kingdom and the United States of America and discussed a number of issues of common interest between the two countries.

The audience was attended by Minister of State and Cabinet’s Member Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Adel bin Zaid Altoraifi, Minister of Foreign Affairs Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir, and the United States Ambassador to the Kingdom Dr Joseph W. Westphal.
