Manama – Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz received at his guest residence in Manama on Tuesday British Prime Minister Theresa May.

During the meeting, they discussed relations and fields of cooperation between the two countries and ways of enhancing them in addition to the recent developments in the region.

King Salman bin Abdulaziz also received at his guest residence in Manama Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Saeed, Deputy Prime Minister for Cabinet Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman.

During the meeting, aspects of bilateral relations between the two sisterly countries were reviewed.

The audience was attended by Ibrahim al-Assaf, Minister of State and Member of the Cabinet; Majed al-Gasbi, Minister of Commerce and Investment; Adel bin Zaid al-Toraifi, Minister of Culture and Information; Khalid bin Abdulrahman al-Isa, Minister of State, Member of the Cabinet and Chief of Royal Court; Suleiman bin Abdullah al-Hamdan, Minister of Transport; Mohammed bin Abdullah al-Jadaa, Minister of Finance; Nizar bin Obaid Madani, Minister of State for Foreign affairs; Thamer bin Sabhan al-Sabhan, Minister of State for Arab Gulf Affairs; Abdullah bin Abdulmalik Al al-Shiekh, Saudi ambassador to Bahrain; and Simon Collis, ambassador of the United Kingdom to the Kingdom of Bahrain.

On the Omani side, the meeting was attended by Yousef bin Alawe bin Abdullah, Minister in charge of foreign affairs; Mohammed bin Hamad al-Rimhi, Minister of Oil and Gas; Fuad bin Jaafar al-Sajwani, Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries; Kamel bin Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Saudeed, Assistant Secretary General of the office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Cabinet Affairs; and Abdullah bin Rashed al-Midailwe, Omani ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
