Tangier, Jeddah- Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on Sunday telephoned British Prime Minister Theresa May.

The King congratulated her on becoming Britain’s new Prime Minister, stressing the strong relations between the two countries.

For her part, the British premier thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and expressed her eagerness to develop relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Britain in all fields.

On the other hand, King Salman issued a royal order promoting 44 judges and appointing seven judges at the Ministry of Justice at various ranks.

Minister of Justice Walid bin Mohammed Al-Sama’ani has expressed his appreciation to the king for his continued support to the judiciary.

Moreover, under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the activities of the 10th session of Souk Okaz Festival will start in August in Ta’if Governorate.

A number of intellectuals, poets and academics from Saudi Arabia and abroad will participate in the six-day festival.

On this occasion, Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Makkah Region, who is also Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of Souk Okaz, thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for patronizing this cultural event.
