Riyadh – Saudi Deputy Crown Prince and Defense Minister Mohamed bin Salman received a phone call on Monday from U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry.

The two discussed mutual relations between the two countries as well as regional developments in the Middle East.

Prince Mohamed also received at al-Yamamah palace in Riyadh on Monday Albanian Minister of Defense Mimi Kothili and the accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, the two reviewed bilateral relations, particularly defense ties, ways of enhancing them and discussed a number of issues of mutual concern.

The audience was attended by Assistant Minister of Defense Mohammed al-Ayesh; Chief of General Staff General Abdulrahman al-Bunyan; Consultant at the Royal Court Fahd al-Isa, who is also the general supervisor for the defense ministers office; and a number of officials of the ministry of defense.

The Albanian delegation included: Albanian ambassador to the Kingdom Sami Shiba; secretary general of the Albanian defense ministry Aryan Karaya; Director General of the Strategic Planning for Defense Aghla Hassani and a number of Albanian officials.
