The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques receives the Sudanese President (SPA)


Riyadh, Jeddah-Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received at his residence in the city of Tangier on Tuesday Sudan’s President Omar Hassan Al-Bashir.

The two leaders reviewed Saudi-Sudanese fraternal relations and a number of issues of mutual interest.

Al-Bashir was also treated to a luncheon attended by Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, second deputy prime minister and minister of defense; Prince Turki bin Salman; Prince Rakan bin Salman; Finance Minister Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf; Foreign Minister Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir; Saudi Ambassador to Morocco Abdulaziz bin Mohi Khoja; and Saudi Ambassador to Egypt Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Qattan and others.

With President Bashir were Minister of the Presidency Fazul Abdullah Fadel, Minister of Foreign Affairs Ibrahim Ahmed Ghandour, Minister of State Director of the Office of the President Osman Taha Hussein, and several other officials.

Furthermore, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud sent a cable of condolences to President Nursultan Nazarbayev of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the victims of the terrorist attack which took place in Almaty.

Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, also sent a cable of condolence to Nazarbayev.
