Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques receives Kuwaiti Emir in Jeddah on Tuesday/SPA


Jeddah- Official talks held between the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Tuesday night at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah tackled the latest regional developments in addition to the fraternal relations between the two countries.

Meanwhile, in Manama, the Bahraini Royal Court announced that King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa will, on Wednesday, leave for Saudi Arabia to meet the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.

The Royal Court said the two leaders will hold talks on further boosting the solid fraternal relations between the two kingdoms and their people, as well as the latest regional and international developments.

In Jeddah, the Saudi King and the Kuwaiti Emir exchanged congratulations on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan.

During their meeting on Tuesday, they also reviewed fraternal relations between the two brotherly countries and discussed developments in the region.

The meeting was attended by Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Makkah Region Prince Khalid Al Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State and Member of the Cabinet Prince Mansour bin Miteb bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Minister of the National Guard Prince Miteb bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State and Member of the Cabinet Dr. Mased bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, Minister of State Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf and Finance Minister Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan.

Later, the Emir and the accompanying delegation, various princes and senior civil and military officials broke the fast of Ramadan, at a banquet held by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, in honor of the visiting emir, who then left Jeddah late Tuesday.

At King Abdulaziz international Airport, the Emir was seen off by Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Makkah Region, and other officials.
