Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Interior Minister, who is also the Head of the Supreme Hajj Committee, said that terrorists aiming to create strife will not have a role in the country.

The Crown Prince praised great efforts exerted by security forces and the military to ensure the security and safety of the pilgrims.

During his visit to the command and control center for the security of the pilgrimage at the headquarters of the General Security, Crown Prince drew attention to security efforts in totality, in the Kingdom, urging security men to spend more efforts, to underscore the safety and security of citizens in the homeland.

Expressing pride in the great efforts of all participants in the pilgrimage, he stressed that what touched him is the dedication and sincerity, which make everyone proud of what they offer to serve the pilgrims, until they complete their rituals, safely, and tranquilly. The Crown Prince also held a meeting with the commanders of Hajj security forces, following being welcomed by the Director of the Public Security who valued the importance of this annual visit to the employees of public security, asserting that they will always remain loyal soldiers to their religion, their leadership and their homeland.

Earlier, the Crown Prince visited the Grand Mufti of the Kingdom, who is also the Chairman of the Senior Scholars Commission, Scientific Research Administration Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al Al-Sheikh, at his residence in Mina.

After the visit, the Crown Prince said that everything in this country is based on the Islamic creed to guarantee the safety and security of the citizens, adding that King Salman is paying utmost attention to serving pilgrims and the Two Holy Mosques.

The Muftis thanked the Crown Prince for the efforts in fighting drugs and alcohol and maintaining security and stability in the kingdom.

The Crown Prince paid a similar visit to the Member of the Permanent Committee for Ifta and Member of the Senior Scholars Commission, Saleh al-Fozan at his residence in Mina.

Crown Prince Abdulaziz also met with the Head of Promotion of Virtue, Prevention of Vice Commission (PVPV) Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Sanad, who explained to him efforts exerted by the commission, during this season Hajj, along other government bodies, to perform Hajj, at ease.
