Jeddah- Crown Prince Mohammed bin Nayef, deputy premier and minister of interior, has ordered police stations across the Kingdom to hand over unguarded properties seized by them to the General Commission for Guardianship over Property of Minors and Persons of Similar Status.

Sheikh Abdulaziz Al-Muhanna, chairman of the commission, thanked Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Nayef and Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman for their continuous support to the commission.

“The directive of the Crown Prince to emirs came in line with the law of the commission, which stipulates that the commission is the guardian of all properties that remain unguarded,” he said.

These also include unknown, abandoned and stolen properties until their owners come forward and prove their ownership rights through legal procedures.
