Riyadh – Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz received Russian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Oleg Ozerov on Sunday to bid him farewell as his tenure comes to an end, while stressing the Kingdom’s keenness to serve its citizens and residents.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Interior Minister Abdulrahman bin Ali Al-Rubaiaan.

The Crown Prince later stated that the Kingdom is keen to exploit material and human potential to serve citizens, residents and foreign visitors.

While chairing the meeting of the Ministry of Interior’s Agency for Civil Affairs at his office on Sunday, Crown Prince Mohammed instructed agency workers to provide special services to citizens throughout the Kingdom by relying on better investments in human capital through specialized training.

He also unveiled during the meeting the “Al-Mowathaf Badr” program targeting the deaf and hard of hearing, which focuses on providing immediate translation for the deaf. He also inaugurated a fleet of 32 fully-equipped vehicles to serve provinces and villages where there are no Civil Affairs offices.

The Crown Prince also launched the modern edition of the mobile bag equipped with the “Taqdeer” service that is geared toward the elderly and people with special needs who are unable to visit Civil Affairs offices in person.
