Crown Prince chairs meeting of Supreme Hajj Committee (SPA)


Riyadh- Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior, has stressed that the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz seeks to provide all services and care for the pilgrims, Umrah performers and visitors to perform their rituals in ease and comfort.

The Crown Prince made his statement as he chaired a meeting of the Hajj Supreme Committee on Thursday in the presence of the princes and members of the committee.

At the outset of the meeting, the Crown Prince lauded achievements during the previous Hajj season, confirming importance of enhancing services and exerting efforts in the coming Hajj season.

Dr. Saied al-Arabi al-Harithi, Adviser to the Minister of Interior and Secretary General of the Hajj Supreme Committee, highlighted a number of issues pertaining to Hajj affairs in addition to follow-up services and projects in order to improve the services.

In another matter, the Crown Prince sent a letter to Qatari Premier and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani on bilateral relations and ways of bolstering them.
