Jeddah – A number of Saudi ambassadors-designate to a number of countries took the oath of office before Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah on Tuesday. The king gave them directives and wished them best to serve their religion, country and people.

The ambassadors include Osama Al-Shuaibai, ambassador-designate to Indonesia, Adel Bakhsh (Portugal), Abdul Aziz Al-Dawood (Djibouti), Abdul Aziz Al-Zaid (Sweden), Fahd Al-Rowaili (Denmark), Abdullah Al-Arjani (Ethiopia), Muhammad Al-Malik (Tanzania), Muhammad Al-Khayyat (Kenya), Abdul Aziz Al-Badi (Tajikistan), Waleed Al-Hamoudi (Burkina Faso), Abdul Aziz Al-Wasil (EU headquarters in Geneva), Masud Al-Harthy (Mali), and Sahl Al-Arqasus (Myanmar).

The reception was attended by Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, emir of Makkah and adviser to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Khalid al-Issa, and Nizar Obeid Madani.

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman received also a number of princes, scholars, and a group of citizens who came to greet him.

At the outset of the audience, verses of the Holy Quran were recited. Then, the attendees shook hands with the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.

The audience was attended by a number of princes.
