Leaders of GCC hold meeting | ASHARQ AL-AWSAT English Archive 2005 -2017

Riyadh, May 28, SPA — The leaders of the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)”s countries held here today their 7th consultative meeting.

On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard, led the Saudi delegating to the meeting.

Bahrain”s King Hamad Bin Issa Al Khalifah delivered a statement at the beginning of the meeting. He expressed the leaders” happiness for attending the meeting and said the meeting will strengthen joint actions and relations among the peoples of the region”s countries

The meeting was attended by Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Second Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, Prince Saud Alfaisal, the Foreign Minister, other princes and members of the official delegations.
