Hafr Al-Batin-Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz al Saud held a meeting with Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of Kuwait, on the sidelines of the closing maneuver of North Thunder Exercise held in Hafr Al-Batin in which a number of brotherly countries participated.
During the meeting, they reviewed brotherly bilateral relations between their countries, and they discussed the latest developments in the region.
The meeting was attended by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior; Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense; and Minister of State and Cabinet’s Member Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban.
It was also attended from the Kuwaiti side by Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister; Sheikh Mohammad Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister; Sheikh Khalid Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister; and Sheikh Thamer bin Jaber Al-Ahmad Sabah, Kuwaiti Ambassador to the Kingdom.
In a separate meeting, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud held talks with the Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi on the sidelines of the closing maneuver of North Thunder Exercise.
During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations and discussed the latest developments in the region.
The meeting was attended by Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Eastern Region; Crown Prince Mohammed bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior, and Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense.
In a third meeting, HRH King Salman met with Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, and they reviewed areas of bilateral cooperation between the two countries and latest developments in the region.
Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif and Special Assistant to PM on Foreign Affairs Tariq Fatemi accompanied the Pakistani Prime Minister in the meeting.
The audience was attended by Dr Mansour bin Mutaib bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State, Cabinet’s Member and Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques; Prince Mutaib bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Minister of National Guard; Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Eastern Region; Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Minister of State and Cabinet’s Member Dr Musaed al-Aiban; Minister of Finance Dr Ibrahim al-Assaf; and the Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Abdullah al-Zahrani.
