Tal-Aviv- Diplomatic sources in Tal Aviv revealed on Monday that Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan who has signed an official reconciliation with Israel, two days ago, might meet Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in New York next week, during their participation in the U.N. General Assembly session.

Although Netanyahu media bureau denied the meeting, however sources from the Israeli Minister of Foreign Affairs affirmed that the meeting will be held and will discuss means to rebuild relations between the two countries.

The same sources said that the meeting is being organized in a discreet way and the wish of both parties to abstain from affirming or denying the information is understood.

According to the Israeli Minister of Foreign Affairs report, this meeting is a normal development to the reconciliation agreement signed last June.

This agreement is expected to enhance Turkish-Israeli relations, lead to joint military maneuvers, urge both countries not to confront each other in international organizations and finally to start a wide-range cooperation in the fields of energy and natural gas.
