Riyadh- “The kingdom regards Yemen as the strategic depth of the Arab nation. Yemen is the depth of the Arabs. It is the basis of the Arabs. It is the origin of the Arabs. All our roots and races are ultimately in Yemen,” said Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense.

During his reception of Yemeni tribal leaders in the Royal Court in Riyadh on Wednesday, he stated that “the biggest mistake made by the enemy is that it is trying to harm the depth and the solidity of the Arabs; Yemen. This is what called on the entire Arab world to appeal to what is happening in Yemen — the table has turned in the last year and a half not only in Yemen but throughout the Arab and Muslim worlds.”

Deputy Crown Prince thanked the Yemeni tribal leaders for their attendance and expressed his content for receiving them as he stressed that Yemen, Saudi Arabia and the Arab world were all united.

On behalf of the Yemeni tribal leaders, Sheikh Mofreh Bahaibah delivered a speech and expressed gratitude to the Saudi government headed by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz for granting the Yemeni tribes’ leaders their wish to meet the Saudi leadership.

Sheikh Mofreh pointed out the progress the national army and popular resistance have achieved in liberating Yemeni territory – reaching the capital Sana’a – with the support of the Arab coalition. He also thanked the kingdom for its relief efforts and humanitarian work throughout King Salman Humanitarian Aid & Relief Centre (KSRelief).
