Saudi daily Okaz said today that talks between Rice and Saudi Crown Prince First Deputy Prime Minister Commander of the National Guards Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz and Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al-Faisal are to focus on recent regional and international developments, especially the Iraqi situation, the peace process in the Middle East and fighting terrorism.

Okaz added that Saudi-American talks are to discuss the development of bilateral cooperation in light of the recent April visit of the Saudi Crown Prince to the United States that paved the road for new cooperation between both countries.

Rice is scheduled to hold talks with Saudi officials and leaders of the region addressing political reform issues and the implementation of democracy.
