BAGHDAD, (AP) -A suicide bomber wearing an explosive belt blew himself up inside a coffee shop east of Baghdad on Wednesday morning, killing 15 people and wounding 20 others, police and medical sources said.

The blast hit a restaurant in Mandali, on the Iranian border 60 miles east of Baghdad.

Elsewhere, two U.S. Marines were killed in combat operations in Anbar province, the U.S. military said.

The Marines, who died Tuesday, were assigned to Multinational Forces-West which is responsible for the sprawling, Sunni-dominated province, the statement added without giving more details.
