Atlanta, London- Amazon.com Inc unveiled a new service called Prime Wardrobe, which allows members to try out items without paying for them up front.

Customers will be allowed to put three items in the Prime Wardrobe box, including shoes, clothes, and accessories, and keep them for seven days until they select the items they want to keep.

US customers will be able to return unwanted items in the nearest post centers, or to notify Amazon, which will take those items on a scheduled date.

Shoppers receive a 10 percent discount when they keep three or four items, and 20 percent discount when they keep five or more items.

The Prime Wardrobe program has more than a million items from shoes to accessories and clothing from women, men, and kids. Customers will not pay extra charges when using the app.

The service is still being tested.

The company also provides other similar services like try.com, BlackCart in Canada, so customers can try clothes before buying them.

Emerging businesses like Stitch Fix and “Le Tote” determined special collections to be tried by customers.

The Prime Wardrobe service is Amazon’s latest addition in the world of fashion, after its recently launched the “Echo Look” device enabled in cooperation with “Alexa” digital company.

The new device uses the help of fashion consultants to help users make stylish selections.
