Sanaa, SPA — The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Jeddah

Company for International Exhibitions, Dr. Abdullah Meraiey Bin Mahfooz, said on Wednesday that the Saudi-Yemeni Joint Economic Council, established 2 months ago, has set up a plan to implement 10 industrial projects during the next 5 years from the capital provided by both Saudi Arabia and Yemen.

In a press statement, Dr. Bin Mahfooz praised the agreement signed by Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Second Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General and Yemeni Prime Minister, Abdulqader Bajamal, under which the Kingdom will provide $ 150 million to the Industrial Development Fund in financing execution of developmental projects in Yemen during 2005
