NEW DELHI (Reuters) – Saudi Arabia’s oil minister Ali al-Naimi said on Wednesday, the kingdom’s spare crude oil capacity will be 3 million barrels per day (bpd) in February after a second round of OPEC output cuts.

He also told reporters in New Delhi that that long-term investments in the oil sector will not be determined by short-term crude oil price movements.
