NCB Donates SR 2 Million In Aid of Lebanese People | ASHARQ AL-AWSAT English Archive 2005 -2017

Jeddah, Asharq Al-Awsat- The National Commercial Bank (NCB) has donated the sum of SR2 million to benefit the neighboring country of Lebanon in response to the appeal of the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, to stand by and help them during the current crisis under the Israeli oppression.

Sheikh Abdullah Bahamdan, NCB Chairman and Managing Director, stated that the bank’s contribution to the charitable campaign is initiated by the King Abdullah and is in affirmation of the Saudi people’s solidarity with its leadership.

Sheikh Bahamdan added that the kingdom’s government is there to help the victims and support humanitarian efforts, a method adopted by our leadership in acknowledgement of the immense harm inflicted on our brothers in Lebanon.

The NCB Chairman and Managing Director encouraged all its employees to contribute to the charitable campaign in solidarity with the victims of the Israeli oppression supporting the bank’s values and seeking God’s blessings.

In addition to the bank’s donation, the bank also designated one account, numbered 567 at all its branches in the kingdom to accept contributions in support of the campaign, as well as an account for employees donation deposits.
