CAIRO, (Reuters) – Egypt’s Ezz Steel said its Chairman Ahmed Ezz resigned and left the company’s board and that Paul Chekaiban would now lead the country’s biggest steelmaker. Ahmed Ezz, who was a top official in ousted president Hosni Mubarak’s party, is being investigated for graft. He says the charges against him are unfounded.
