DUBAI (Reuters) – Dubai’s Emaar Properties, the largest Arab real estate developer by market value, plans to list shares in London in the next 12 months, Arabian Business weekly reported, citing the company’s chairman.
“Emaar is considering listing on the London Stock Exchange and the estimated timeline is the next twelve months,” Mohamed Alabbar told Arabian Business in an interview to be published on Nov. 18.
