Manama, Asharq Al-Awsat- Bahrain’s Prime Minister Sheikh Khalifah Bin-Salman Al Khalifah, has denied that occasional security incidents have had a negative impact on attracting foreign investments to Bahrain.

He said in an interview with “Asharq al-Awsat” that all society’s groups reject and condemn the security incidents that might happen “and these are incidents that we handle with the confidence that those inciting or perpetrating them will realize and become aware that they give a negative impression of society at a time when we are backing every move toward joint investments and attracting foreign investments in order to energize and improve the economic conditions.”

The Bahraini prime minister praised highly on the other hand Saudi Arabia’s magnanimous and honorable stands toward his country and said: “No matter what we say, we cannot give Saudi Arabia the credit it deserves in full. It has stood with and supported us at all times and in all conditions.”
