Riyadh, Asharq Al-Awsat– Aseer Trading, Tourism and Manufacturing Co. expects its net profit to reach SR230 million ($61.3 million) in 2005, up 67 percent from the previous year, it said yesterday.

The company’s profit in 2004 was SR138 million, Aseer said in a statement posted on the bourse’s website.

It gave no further details. Its net profit in the nine months up to September this year doubled to SR198 million from SR98 million in the same year ago period.
