Moscow, Ankara- Moscow announced on Thursday that it had warned Washington from any attempts of shelling from areas where its allied Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) are deployed in eastern Syria.

“This [assessment of events by the Kremlin] cannot differ from what was stated by the Defense Ministry. That’s why all that was said does not need any more comments,” Russia’s news agency TASS quoted Peskov as saying.

Meanwhile, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Thursday that his country would deploy troops in Idlib, northern Syria, as part of the de-escalation agreement brokered by Russia last month.
