Cologne – German public prosecutor in Karlsruhe announced that three German men of Syrian descent were arrested in Germany on Tuesday on suspicion of supporting a Syrian terrorist organization active in Syria. Detectives believe there is a link between those three Syrians and the other three who were arrested in Bavaria and are facing same charges.

The public prosecutor issued a statement on Tuesday saying that the three convicts are Nael A., 36, Ibrahim S.,36, Abdul Rahman F.,39. They were arrested in three German districts Bavaria, Lower Saxony and Berlin where their apartments were searched.

The public prosecutor accused Nael with seven counts for providing financial, technical and logistical support to an extremist organization. Investigations revealed he had delivered thousands of Euros and technical devices, including binoculars, radio scanners, long-range telescopes, and routers and antennas to the faction in Syria.

Ibrahim is accused of organizing pickup trucks and ambulance services, as well as driving a pickup truck all the way to Syria himself. Abdul Rahman supported the terrorist organization through supporting the two other detainees.

The trial is scheduled to carry on into Wednesday.

On Friday they prosecutor’s office brought charges against two suspected members, Azad R., 22, and Kamel T., 24, before the provincial high court in Munich. Both men are accused of travelling to Syria to fight for an extremist group.

At the same time, federal prosecutors announced Abdullah S., 41, who was arrested Thursday, is suspected of joining ISIS and participating war crimes and extortion.

The head of Germany’s Federal Criminal Police Office Holger Munch warned that terrorist supporters in Germany are using illegal methods to collect donations for ISIS.

Munch asked German citizens to be careful of these ways and report them.
