Jeddah- Three young Saudi men turned their dissatisfaction from international and local burger restaurants into a motive to buy cooking equipment, and delve into the preparation of delicious burger meals that satisfied their entourage.

These positive outcomes encouraged them to establish a small business to sell the products they prepare.

Mohammad Bakhshouin said that he and his friends Laoth al-Qarni and Faisal al-Ghamdi, who were working in one of the biggest telecommunication companies in the country, agreed to stop eating frozen meals.

Therefore, they visited stores of fresh meat to select their own products and cook them in different ways, till they mastered it. They also worked on bringing special types of bread and on adding distinguished spices to their plates to improve the taste of meals.

Then, the three partners decided to launch their own project to sell fast-food meals; first, they felt embarrassed and dedicated their services to relatives and acquaintances; yet, the huge demand compelled them to widen the base of their clients.

Bakhshouin said that his entourage has supported him till he reached this remarkable success.

The project’s activity has expanded out of Jeddah. Many orders have come from other cities, which have prompted the partners to participate in many food festivals.

The three friends said they aim at transforming their project into a chain of mobile restaurants in addition to a main fixed branch. They have also recommended youth to fulfill their ambitions, diversify their sources of income, and benefit from their hobbies.
