Amman- Saudi Arabian relief campaigns, reducing the anguish of the Syrian people in light of the civil war ravaging their country, have proceeded with efforts spent within its sustenance relief program. Food aid containers were distributed among Syrians taking refuge in Jordan, under the mission headlined “my brother in health and happiness 4”. The relief delivered was amid a remarkable decline in support being provided by a large number of organizations and donating parties.

The Saudi campaign confirmed its promptness to satisfy all needs for support of Syrian refugees.

The Saudi national campaign for supporting Syrian brothers has distributed 707 food baskets to the Syrian families in Jordan.

In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the Regional Director of the campaign, Dr. Badr bin Abdul Rahman Al-Samhan stressed that these efforts came upon orders issued by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince and the Deputy Crown Prince for helping the Syrian refugees.

Dr.Al-Samhan confirmed that the campaign will carry on distributing aid; in hopes of covering the largest number possible of refugees who are strangled by dire needs across Jordan.

He added that the campaign will push beyond Jordanian borders delivering humanitarian relief to all Syrian refugees in neighboring countries.

Dr.Al-Samhan also lauded Sheikh Saleh Abdul Aziz Al Rajhi’s management of Waqf (an inalienable religious endowment in Islamic law which is usually dedicated to charity) for donating the food baskets.
