Crown Prince and US President discuss bilateral relations in field of combating terrorism (SPA)


Saudi Deputy Premier Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz on Saturday met with United States President Donald Trump and his accompanying delegation in Riyadh.

At the beginning of the meeting, Trump praised the constructive cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States in all fields.

Trump described his meeting with King Salman as well as the exchange of agreements between the two countries as ‘great’.

During the meeting, they discussed means of enhancing bilateral relations to serve the peoples of the two countries. They also discussed US-Saudi cooperation in the field of counter terrorism, in addition to the latest developments in the Middle East.

The meeting was attended by Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the Minister of Interior; Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Saudi Ambassador to the United States; Minister of Foreign Affairs Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir; US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson; and a number of officials.
