Saudi Arabian forces will participate in a multi-national naval drill ‘Aman 17,’taking place on Saturday in Pakistan, reported Saudi state-owned news agency SPA.

Some Arab and Islamic countries, in addition to the U.S., Britain, France and China, are to take part, too, in this 5th edition of the exercise.

The exercise – which the Kingdom usually participates in as a spectator – aims to promote cooperation that bolsters sustainable maritime security and to consolidate Saudi-Pakistani bilateral defense relations.
