A boy was killed and nine others from the same family were injured when a rocket fired from Yemeni territories hit their house in the Saudi southern city of Najran on Sunday, the civil defense said.

Saudi Arabia’s Civil Defense spokesman, Lt. Colonel Ali Al-Shahrani, said, on Sunday, in a statement that a rocket fired from Yemen toward Saudi Arabia’s southern border region of Najran landed on a Saudi home, killing an 11-year-old child and wounding nine of his family members. The injured were rushed to hospital for treatment, he said.
