Gunmen loyal to the Shiite Houthi movement continue to control areas of the Yemeni capital Sana’a despite having signed a recent ceasefire with the Government that required the Shiite Houthis remove their fighters from the capital, in exchange for a greater role in forming a cabinet and role in the Yemeni army, part of which involed the resignation of the previous Prime Minister who according to media sources was replaced 07 October by Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak.
