Cairo – World famous rock band Queen said it objects on Donald Trump using their music without even asking for permission.
The candidate had used their famous song “We Are the Champions” at the Republic Convention during the moment he stepped on stage.
Queen tweeted on their official account they were unhappy about Trump’s use of the song on Tuesday: “An unauthorized use at the Republican Convention against our wishes.”
Trump had used Queen’s music before to which the band repeatedly asked him not to. In addition, during last month, Queen guitarist Brian May wrote a blog post protesting the use of the song by the Trump campaign.
Other musicians, including the Rolling Stones, REM, Neil Young and Adele also have asked Trump to stop using their songs.
